Pack Mates Training (PMT) Competition Details and Terms & Conditions

 

This competition has been created by PMT to give social media entrants an opportunity to win the ultimate dog training package worth over one thousand dollars ($1,000.oo) AUD.

Package includes:

• Packmates 'Learn to speak dog' complete online training course

• One private lesson with Chris de Aboitiz

• Two nights' accommodation for two people (and their dog) at The Summit 1770 in an ocean view cabin.

Eligible Entrants: 

• Facebook and Instagram participants 18 years and over

• One (1) entry only

• Must either @ tag two (2) friends in the competition post comment section or @ tag the word highlight in the competition post comment section

• Must like or follow Pack Mates Training Facebook and Instagram pages.

• Staff, employees, family members of PMT & the Summit 1770 are not eligible to enter this competition.

 

Competition Date Timeframe:

• Entries open 10am AEST Monday 24 February 2025 and close 11:59pm AEST Sunday 30 March 2025.

 

Competition Draw Date: 

• The prize winner will be drawn at 10am AEST Monday 31 March 2025

Announcement of Winner:

• Prize draw will be randomly picked by using Rafflys online raffle draw apps

• The winner will be published on PMT social media pages.  A photo acknowledgement of winner’s name randomly picked as above will be posted on social media.

 

Prize Winner’s Conditions:

 

• Winner is to digital message (DM) Pack Mates their phone number to chat with Chris and redeem the prize.

• Prize to be redeem and used within sixty (60) days from the date after the draw date being 1 April 2025 to 31 May 2025.

• Winner agrees they are happy for themselves and their dog to be filmed at the private lesson with Chris and sign the Pack Mates Video Release Form.

• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

General Conditions:

 

• No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.

• The prize is not transferable.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.  You are providing your information to Pack Mates Training and not to any other party.

• Pack Mates Training reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Pack Mates Training control.  Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Pack Mates Training.
